We are a boutique wellness retreat, offering six days of relaxation, restorative yoga, nourishing organic food, spa pampering, workshops & meditation. We cater to a maximum of 14 guests at time. We offer 4 different types of health retreat packages and the option to create your own retreat.

Depending on the retreat package you choose, your retreat experiences might include a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern science: with wellness workshops, yoga, tai chi, meditation and mindfulness techniques, healing arts, wholefood cooking classes and pampering spa treatments — all to help you rejuvenate and de-stress.

Step off the plane, settle into your luxurious accommodation and then surrender to your first 60-minute massage.

Our yoga includes meditation, mindfulness, breathing, nutrition and learning how to de-stress.
