The Practice

The Practice Yoga Studio set in a rice paddy using both traditional and modern building materials, we have created a destination and hub and community centre to come learn, practice, deepen, enjoy, and sit with your yoga practice. Regular community events are posted on our website as part of our Off the Mat Program.

Unless specifically stated, you do not need to book to attend a class. Just arrive 10-15 mins before the class begins. To respect other yogi’s, late arrivals may be excluded from joining a class.
